Acceptable Use Policy

1. Software-Only Use

o3IPTV is media player software for user-provided lawful media sources. o3IPTV does not sell, provide, host, retransmit, curate, or include channels, playlists, streaming links, catalogs, movies, sports, or IPTV service.

2. Authorized Sources Only

You may use o3IPTV only with sources, playlists, files, streams, metadata feeds, and guide-data feeds that you are lawfully authorized to access, record, download, sync, or play.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Using o3IPTV to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• Sharing, selling, reselling, or redistributing playlist URLs, stream links, credentials, provider accounts, or source catalogs through o3IPTV services.
• Operating a public playlist marketplace, provider directory, stream-link index, credential-sharing service, or content catalog using o3IPTV accounts, support services, or sync features.
• Using Premium features to bypass provider terms, access controls, geo-restrictions, or technical restrictions.
• Uploading, syncing, or sending secrets, passwords, private tokens, payment data, or other sensitive material to support channels unless specifically requested through a secure support path.

4. Premium Features

Premium unlocks app functionality only, such as playback controls, managed downloads, recording tools, profile sync, and related software features. Premium does not include media, playlists, channels, movies, sports, catalogs, provider credentials, or IPTV service.

5. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to app account services or support channels when use appears to violate this policy, the Terms of Use, applicable law, or the software-only purpose of o3IPTV.
